Happy Tuesday eve everyone! 

A couple updates from your SG board: 

Waveland Kelly is working to get us a fertilizer schedule that we can share with everyone ….exact day is always weather dependent, but we’ll get as much info as we can out to all of you.

Marlon, from Brush Masters and his crew will be power washing the pool pavillon on Thursday and painting the pillars on Friday. Marlon’s team are the ones painting and repairing our fences. We’re getting an estimate for painting the facade and doors for next year so we can budget for it. 

Michael, our wonderful pool person, is checking into the pool (water was low today) and is working with our pool people, he met with them today. (THANK YOU MICHAEL!) Waveland Kelly is aware as well. We also have some more new tables coming this weekend and will return the older tables back to my porch 😁.

Charlie, our lawn guru, is working to get the weeding done and just requests patience, it’s a big job, things are in pretty bad shape, but says once he can get everything in good shape mowing will be faster and things will look much better. Also, special kudos to Charlie if you see him….he came out Saturday after I called him and got the Clemon’s (440) tree up and braced properly on his own time. 

For our neighbors with tree issues, we’re aware of the ones sent so far to Kelly and Kelly is having our tree people take a look so we know how to proceed moving forward. 

If you need anything let Waveland Kelly know and we always follow up with her as well. And if you don’t feel you’re getting a timely response, let us know that as well.
